Expo-Kent is seeking two summer students for 12 weeks (35 hours per week) starting on June 24, 2024 to assist in the planning and operation of the Fair taking place in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent on August 22-25, 2024. This  position which is funded under the Student Employment Experience Development (SEED) program and  will be under the supervision of the Expo-Kent Management Team and staff.  Responsibilities include:  preventive building maintenance, painting, ground maintenance; assisting in the planning and the operation of 2024 Expo-Kent;  supporting the judges and the committees prior and during the judging of exhibits; assisting in the set-up of the inside and outside areas for all exhibits; supporting the implementation of various activities aimed at the effective operation and the further development of the fair; support the promotion of the fair; and assist in the implementation of various activities.
